高压旋喷灌浆生产性试验研究

摘    要:高喷灌浆技术作为一种新型技术,目前已广泛应用于水库除险加固等防渗处理工程.按规范等要求,在重要的、地层复杂的或深度较大的高喷墙工程,应选择有代表性的地层进行高喷灌浆现场试验.通过百色某水库除险加固工程采用高压旋喷灌浆与基岩帷幕灌浆结合处理形成防渗墙.按设计以及施工经验参数对该工程先后进行了三次高压旋喷灌浆试验,为高喷灌浆施工提供可靠依据,佐证了合适的施工参数,提高高压喷射灌浆技术水平,确保了施工质量.

Abstract:High pressure grouting or jet grouting could be classified into three operation processes: fixed jetting, swing jet- ting and rotation jetting. As a new technology method, high pressure grouting now has been widely used in risk elimination and stiffening of the reservoir works to create an impermeable base or impervious connections. According to the require- ments of specification and other standards, it is required to perform field test for high pressure grouting at chosen represent- ative strata when it comes to important high pressure jet grouting wall works with complicated geology strata or a great depth. This paper elaborates the production test as per parameters from design and construction experiences through a real engineering project case, providing reliable evidences and basis for its construction and execution of high pressure grouting, meanwhile it testifies the suitable parameters adopted in construction process therefore enhances the skills and levels of high pressure grouting and ensures the quality of construction.
