摘    要:对光栅莫尔条纹高倍细分技术进行研究。基于FPGA技术,采用基于FPGA的反正切函数优化算法,实现了正切函数法高速、高精度、高倍细分,通过仿真及实验表明,该系统细分倍数高、测量响应速度快,能满足高速、高精度的位移测量系统要求。

Abstract:The high times segmentation technology of moire fringe is researched in this paper.Based on FPGA technology and used the arctan function optimization algorithm to realize the high speed,high precision,high times segmentation of the tangent function.The simulation and experimental results show that the segmentation multiple of this system is higher and the speed of measuring reaction is faster,therefore the system can satisfy the need of displacement measuring system' high speed and precision.
