基于AMESim的顶驱液压系统设计及数字化仿真

摘    要:根据顶驱液压系统工作要求,设计了液压系统的控制回路图。根据顶驱液压系统设计结果,建立顶驱液压系统AMESim仿真模型。根据顶驱液压系统工作要求,对所设计的液压系统的7个动作进行仿真分析,得到7个动作的工作数据。验证设计结果,为液压系统搭建提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The hydraulic system control circuit diagram of top drive is designed according to job requirements.According to the design of hydraulic system,the AMESim simulation model is established.After simulating the whole work condition according to job requirements,action data of the seven movements are obtained.The research provides a guiding to the design of hydraulic system of the top drive.
