摘    要:基于水果内部品质检测装置输送系统的研究与设计,阐述了近红外光的检测原理,在线检测的方法及整个检测装置中的输送原理等。该输送系统的输送流程和检测装置的设计在保证完成输送任务的前提下又克服了水果在检测时其尺寸对检测结果的影响,同时,不同的尺寸输送系统也加快了输送效率。

Abstract:Based on the research and design of conveying system for fruit internal quality,the near-infrared spectroscopy principle,online detection method and the conveying principle of the whole testing device are expounded.The conveying system′s transmission process and design of the detection device not only guarantee the task of conveying fruits,but also overcome the influence of the fruit size about the test results in the detection,At the same time,different size conveying system also accelerate the delivery efficiency.
