弧面分度凸轮通用方程式研究

弧面分度凸轮的廓面方程式在相关的文献和设计手册上是针对某种工况下推导出来的,缺少通用性,容易引起误读,笔者根据凸轮和滚子的空间啮合原理,考虑凸轮的旋向、转盘的转向对凸轮廓面方程的影响后,推导出通用方程式。在此基础上,运用现代CAD设计软件,建立精确的凸轮三维模型,为弧面分度凸轮的研究与设计提供便利。

Study on the general equation of globoidal indexing cam

Some specific condition,contour surface equations of globoid indexing cam have introduced in some relevant literature and design handbook.But they are easy to cause misunderstanding because of the lack of universality.Considering the influence on globoidal indexing cam contour surface equation of the cam turning and disk turning,a general formula is derived based on the theory of space engagement of the cam and the roller.On this basis,a precise 3d model of the cam can be established,using modern CAD design software,to facilitate the research and design of globoidal indexing cam.
