环氧树脂与丙烯酸酯单体的接枝共聚及其汽车阴极电泳涂料的性能

摘    要:用环氧树脂与丙烯酸酯单体接枝共聚合,制备汽车阴极电泳涂料.研究了聚合条件对接枝体系的单体转化率(CR)、接枝率(GR)及接枝效率(GE),对产物环氧-丙烯酸酯树脂及其涂料漆膜性能的影响.用热重法(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)对环氧-丙烯酸树脂及其涂料漆膜进行了分析.结果表明,在适宜的聚合条件下,接枝体系的CR、GR和GE分别达到100%、37.3%和87.0%;接枝率较高的环氧-丙烯酸树脂的外观,水溶性,其涂料的稳定性及漆膜的综合性能较好.环氧-丙烯酸酯树脂涂膜可在烘烤温度下自交联,漆膜的综合性能和外观均优于用三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂作交联剂的环氧-胺树脂漆膜.
