摘    要:针对某新研轻型飞机副翼操纵系统进行了故障模式与影响分析(FMEA),指出FMEA是新研产品设计初期进行可靠性分析的重要环节,其结果将为产品可靠性、维修性设计中抓住主要簿弱环节、发现可能存在的隐患提供基本依据。利用分析结果,提出了设计中应采取的预防措施,使系统的可靠性得到了增长,最后,说明了FMEA应是一个逐渐深入和完善的过程。这里分析方法及其结果可为大型复杂机械系统的FMEA提供参考。

Abstract:Fault Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an important qualitative analysis method, which can analyze the possible fault modes, fault reasons and fault consequences, find out the key parts and important parts, present the possible improving,measures. All of these are the foundations to improve the relia- bility, safety and maintainabily of the system. In addition, the FMEA can provide the important information and basis for the criticality analysis(CA), maintenance information analysis(MIA) and the reliability - centered maintenance analysis(RCMA). In this paper, the authors study the Fault Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) for the aileron control system of a new type light aircraft, propose that the FMEA is a important procedure of reliability analysis at the beginning of designfor the new type style product and will provide the foundations for the design of product reliability and maintainability Using of the FMEA results, the preventive methods and measures are suggested, and the system reliability is grown. Finally, the authors explain that the FMEA is a deepgoing process gradually. The FMEA method and the analysis results in this paper can be popularized to any complex mechanical system.
