| 摘 要： | 研究了不同层状硅酸盐包括普通蒙脱土、云母以及有机化蒙脱土对HDPE／层状硅酸盐复合材料的阻隔性能影响。结果表明：HDPE／云母(质量配比100／30)共混体系中云母作为分散相提高复合材料的阻隔性能最明显，40份分散剂TXT的加入显著提高复合材料的阻隔性能达到15倍，层状硅酸盐改进了复合材料的加工性能。

| Abstract: | e effect of different layered silicate material, including raw montmorillonite, mica and organized montmorillonite on barrier property of HDPE/layered silicate composite was studied. The results showed that barrier property of HDPE/MICA(100/30) blending system was best. Barrier property of composite was increased by 15 times with the adding of 40 phr dispersion agent TXT. The processing properties of composite were improved. |
