直喷发动机性能模拟与试验研究

摘    要:主要利用AVLBOOST软件对直喷发动机进行建模并对模型的正确性进行验证。利用直喷汽油机的工作模型,根据直喷汽油机项目开发实际情况,对进排气型线进行模拟优化,并根据此优化结果进行台架试验,最终提高发动机性能,达到节约项目开发成本和节能的目的。

Abstract:The model of a GDI engine had been developed using the software of AVL BOOST, and its correctness had been validated by experiment. According to this model and the actual work condition of this GDI engine, the intake and exhaust cam profile had been simulated and optimized. Based on these works, the performance of the GDI engine had been boosted, and the cost of this project decreased.
