| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪是城市的世纪。 义乌市抓住机遇,大力推进城镇化进程,通过提高中心城区的整体水平,增强中心城市集聚和辐射功能,侧重建设副中心、特色镇,抓中心村建设,旧村改造、整理,努力提高城镇化水平。 一、义乌市村镇建设,城镇化进展基本情况 义乌市辖五个街道办事处八个镇,除主城区外全市共有居委会、行政村800个,人口普查统计约91万,城镇化水平已达55%以上。新一轮城市总体规划、城镇体系规划已修编完成,义乌西南、义乌东北产业带规划正在修编。随着各园区企业1000余家的入住,人口向城镇的集聚明显,推进了村镇建设和城镇化的水平…
