石墨化炉用电阻料的改进

摘    要:根据对石墨化焦、生焦特性的分析,得知用石墨化焦作电阻料能得到相对均匀的温度场,温度梯度较小。决定大规格电极用石墨化焦来取代混合焦作电阻料,并结合其特性,对曲线进行了改进,在保证品级率的前提下提高了电级的成品率。

Abstract:On the base of graphitizing coke,green coke property analysis It has been obtained graphitizing coke used as resistance materials and relative evenly temperature field,the temperature grade is smaller. The large size electrode used as green coke instead of compound coke used as resistance materials and connected to its property and improve the curve. It guarantee excellent products presupposed and improved electrode products percent.
