| 摘 要： | 改进甲磺酸酚妥拉明的合成方法,提高产品质量和收率;以氯乙腈为原料,经加成,环合,缩合,中和,成盐等步骤,合成甲磺酸酚妥拉明,总收率20％,质量符合中国药典2000年版标准。此合成方法能提高产品和收率。

| Abstract: | The synthesis method of phentolamine mesilate was improved, which could improve the qualitvand yield of the product. Chloroacelonitrile was used as starting material by steps of addition, cyclization, condensation, neutralization, salifying to synthesis phentolamine mesilate. The overall yield amounted to 20 % and the quality was up to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2000; The method could improve the quality and yield of the product. |
