摘    要:渐开线圆柱齿轮是目前用途最广、种类最多的齿轮,很多中小齿轮制造企业使用机械展成式齿轮检查仪检测该种齿轮的齿形和齿向误差。开发了一套渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形和齿向误差自动评判系统,该系统以MAAG SP-60齿轮检查仪为实验平台,使用单片机和CPLD实现传感器信号的处理,运用Lab Windows/CVI软件设计评判软件,实现了齿形和齿向误差的自动检测和评判。实验结果表明所设计的系统检测结果正确,满足中小齿轮制造企业的高效率检测需求。

Abstract:At present,the involute cylindrical gear is the most abundant and common gear,and its tooth profile and trace error are usually measured by the mechanical generation-type gear measuring instrument in most domestic small and medium gear manufacturing enterprises.A kind of automatic measuring and evaluation system for tooth profile and tooth trace error of the involute cylindrical gear was developed.The system was built on the mechanical platform of MAAG SP-60.In the system,two kinds of MCU and CPLD chip were utilized to process the senor signal,and the evaluation software was completed based on the Lab Windows/CVI software.As a result,the function of automatic measuring and evaluation of the tooth profile and trace error were realized.The experiment result shows that the designed system has the correct measuring and evaluation result,and meets the demand of high efficiency measuring.
