摘    要:我国一次能源资源与经济发展呈逆向分布,全国范围内的大规模能源流动不可避免。我国西部和北部地区煤炭资源丰富,这些地区适合建设大规模的煤电基地向中东部地区送电,但输送的合理流向与规模需要深入研究。以电力供应总成本最低为目标,构建了电力与能源、运输、环境协调发展的全局优化模型,提出了实用优化求解方法,对7个煤炭产区到受端13个省(直辖市)的电力输送进行了全局优化,给出了电力流合理流向和规模,分析了未来电力流向的趋势及输电和输煤的协调性,并对跨区送电相关效益进行了测算。

Abstract:The primary energy resource and economic development are distributed conversely, and large scale of energy transportation in the whole nation is inevitable. The coal resources are rich in the west and north of China and large coal-power bases can be built in those regions in order to transport power to the east of China. But the reasonable scale and flow need to be further researched. Aiming at the lowest power cost, the whole optimizing model was constructed for the harmonic development of power, energy, transportation and environment, and the practical solving method was proposed, which optimized the power flow from seven coal-power bases to thirteen power-receiving provinces. The rational power flow and relative benefit analysis were also proposed.
