STR主减速器内主动锥齿轮的应用研究

摘    要:通过对驱动中、后桥主减速器内主动锥齿轮轮齿强度及支承轴承所承担载荷的分析,推导出中主减速器内主动锥齿轮及支承轴承所承受的载荷均比后主减速器的小;结合损坏情况的统计分析,找到主动锥齿轮损坏的真正原因,并提出了相应的改进建议。

Abstract:Through the analysis about strength of the driving bevel gear and load of its bearings within the double reduction thru-drive of the middle and the rear STR drive axle,there is an inference that the load of the driving bevel gear and its bearings of the middle drive axle is smaller than ones of the rear drive axle.According to the statistical analysis to the broken products,the real reasons that the driving bevel breaks are found out,and the relevant improving suggestions are brought forward.
