Abstract:With the development of market economy and the deep-going of power system reform,the original power industry chain suffered from great impact.Thus,it is an urgent task for a power supply enterprise to build and mould high quality service system,to cultivate staff's marketing mind makes it possible for a power supply enterprise to develop forever.
