| 摘 要： | 为了寻求更有效的针对静止彩色图像的小波压缩编码方法，本文简述了能用于工程实践的人类视觉系统（HVS）模型；着重讨论了适合压缩的亮／色彩色空间和彩色对比敏感度函数（CSF）。结合HVS对彩色图像处理的有关特性，研究了一种静止彩色图像小波编码方法。该方法与其他基于小波的彩色图像编码方法相比，编码效率高、算法简单，提高了主观质量。

| Abstract: | An HVS(Human Visual System) model that can be used in engineering applications is described to achieve more efficient wavelet coding for still color image.The luminanec/chrominance color space and color CSF(Contrast Sensitivity Function)suitable for compression are emphatically discussed.Considering the color image processing characteristics of HVS,a still color image wavelet coding method is presented.Compared with other wavelet-based color image coding methods,this algorithm features simple,high coding efficiency,and improved subjective quality. |
