基于SOPC技术的汽车制动性能检测平台

摘    要:介绍了SOPC技术的原理,阐述了应用SOPC技术实现汽车制动性能检测的过程。该检测平台系统用于对两轮拖滞力、两轮最大制动力、两轮最大制动力之和、制动平衡和两轮制动协调时间等参数进行检测。本文介绍了整个系统的组成及其工作原理,给出了基于SOPC技术的软硬件设计和实现方法。实际应用和实验结果表明:将S0PC技术引入汽车制动性能检测中,不但可以降低制造成本,而且提高检验系统的性能。

Abstract:The application of SOPC and the testing process of automobile brake performance based on SOPC were introduced, The platform system can test some parameter such as lag force, the nax brake, the sum of max brake between two wheels, brake balance and brake harmony time between wheels. The contribution and principle of the overall system were introduced, the design method of the hardware and software based on SOPC was put forward. Experiments show that the test platform for brake performance based on SOPC can reduce manufacture cost, and improve performance of test system.
