磁记忆应力集中检测仪的研制与试验

摘    要:以磁记忆效应为基础,说明了应力集中的检测原理.以笔记本电脑为中心,针对选定的磁敏传感器输出信号微弱的特点,设计了包括二级放大电路在内的硬件电路,应用面向对象的程序设计思想开发了相应检测软件.根据并行口的功能,给出了进行数据采集的具体程序.拉伸和疲劳循环试验说明了所研制的仪器能有效地检测构件的应力集中.

Abstract:On the basis of magnetic memory effect,the stress concentration detection principle was illustrated.According to the characteristic that magnetic sensor output signal was very weak,the hardware circuit including the FF2 amplifier circuit was designed and the corresponding detective software based on object-oriented programming technology was developed centered on Notebook computer.According to the function of parallel port,the specific data collection program was designed.Tensile and fatigue tests showed that this detector can effectively detect Che stress concentration of ferromagnetic component.
