臭氧氧化联合A/A/O工艺污泥减量的可行性

摘    要:针对目前污水处理厂污泥产量大、处理处置费用高的问题,该文以A/A/O工艺构建了模拟城市生活污水小试处理系统,通过添加臭氧研究不同臭氧投加量对出水水质及污泥产率的影响。结果表明在试验进水条件下,系统的稳定污泥浓度为2 000~3 000 mg/L,且当将约50%产泥量的污泥经臭氧化返回至系统中时,加入臭氧与不加臭氧的两套系统显示出相当的污水处理能力。在不同污泥浓度和相同污泥负荷(0.91 g COD/g SS.d)条件下,当MLSS为1 500、2 500、3 500和4 500 mg/L时最佳臭氧投加量分别为0.095、0.11、0.129和0.129 g O3/g SS。

Abstract:Excess sludge treatment and disposal is an important environmental issue at home and abroad.In this study,waste water treatment and sludge reduction using ozone was investigated.The results indicate there is no obvious difference between the treatment system without ozone and the treatment system with ozone.Under experimental conditions,when MLSS is 2 000~3 000 mg/L,the sludge reduction can reach 50 %.Under the condition of the same organic load,MLSS is 1 500,2 500,3 500 and 4 500 mg/L,the optimum ozone dosages are 0.095,0.11,0.129 and 0.129 g O3/g SS,respectively.
