摘    要:在小试规模基础上研究了包埋固定化技术结合A/O工艺处理高氨氮化工废水的可行性,结果表明:在HRT为20 h,包埋菌颗粒的填充率为10%,进水氨氮浓度为623~643 mg/L、CODCr为1 012~1 124 mg/L时,出水氨氮<10 mg/L、CODCr<50 mg/L,氨氮去除率达98%以上,CODCr去除率达95%以上,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准的要求。

Abstract:The study treated the high ammonia-nitrogen chemical wastewater with immobilized technology combined with A/O process.The result showed that when the reactor filling ratio was 10 %,NH4+-N concentration of influent was 623~643 mg/L and CODCr was 1 012~1 124 mg/L(HRT=20 h),the effluent NH4+-N concentration was less than 10 mg/L and CODCr was less than 50 mg/L,the removal rate of NH4+-N was more than 98 % and the removal rate of COD was more than 95 %.The effluent met the first level criteria specified in Integrated Wasterwater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
