摘    要:该文在分析了各项生活应急用水量的基础上,计算出不同应急状态下的人均应急生活用水量。以苏州市为例,将不同应急状态下的应急供水量与实际供水量相比,研究了居民生活用水的可压缩性,并计算了居民生活用水的应急弹性系数。结果表明苏州市的居民生活用水量在应急状态下具有较大的可压缩性,其中常态用水量与应急用水量的差异可以达24万-51万m3/d,即在供水发生突发事件时,居民生活用水量只需满足正常状态下的40%-80%即可满足基本生活用水。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing different kinds of emergency domestic water consumption,per capita emergency domestic water consumption under different urgent conditions was calculated.Taking Suzhou City for example,comparison of emergency water supply and actual water supply,emergency elasticity coefficient of domestic water consumption was studied and calculated.The result shows that domestic water consumption under emergency conditions has greater compressibility and difference between normal water supply and emergency water supply is 240 000-510 000 m3/d.When emergency water supply happens,water supply only reaches 40 %-80 % of normal water supply,which meets basic domestic water supply.
