| 摘 要： | 上海吴闵污水外排工程在个别降雨集中日存在输水冒溢等超负荷运行问题。该文基于大量运行资料,分析工程超负荷运行的原因,发现主要有混流排水系统雨水混接、服务区污水量增长、系统整体配置限制等因素;为确保吴闵外排工程平稳、安全运行,建议加快雨水空白区域雨水系统建设、加紧混流排水系统雨污混接[1-2]改造、推进污水二期南线完善工程建设等工程性措施及加强雨污水泵站适当调度等非工程性措施。

| Abstract: | The problems of overload operation,such as water overflow of Wumin Sewage Out-Discharge Project(WSODP),exist in rainy days.On the basis of the large number of operation data,the reasons of overload operation as following: the rainwater and sewage hybrid discharge,the increased volume of sewage and the overall configuration of the Second Shanghai Sewerage Project(SSPII),was analyzed.For the WSODP’s normal and safety operation,the following measures such as speeding up the rain water system construction in the blank area,stepping up the transform of disordered drainage system,promoting to the perfect project construction of the SSPII and so on,should be carried out. |
