摘    要:随着我国社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,公众对饮用水安全的需求日益提高。然而,我国的饮用水安全正面临严峻的形势,饮用水水源地水质污染尚未有效遏制与饮用水水质标准日益严格二者之间的矛盾日益突出,其根本原因是作为主流的传统给水在这一对矛盾的双重压力下难以完全有效地保障饮用水安全。城市供水系统的发展受社会经济发展的影响,同时还与政府资金投入力度、管理技术水平等有关。其中取水系统是影响城市供水系统安全的重要因素。文中采用层次分析法对供水系统取水单元中的影响水质和水量进行风险评估,研究影响取水过程中各类影响因素及对取水安全的影响程度。分析结果表明,在城市供水系统取水单元中,水质和水量都处于轻微风险。

Abstract:With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard,the public pay more and more attention to the security of the drinking water.However,the security of the drinking water is confronted with a serious situation in our country.The contradiction between the pollution of drinking water resource and the higher water quality standard for the drinking water is obvious.The development of the urban watersupply system is influenced by socioeconomic development,meanwhile it is related to the force of capital investment and the level of management technique.Water unit is a key factor which affects the security of the urban water supply system.In the paper,analytical hierarchy process(AHP),method of the risk assessment,was used to investigate the various influence factors and influence degree of water quality and quantity in the water unit of the urban water supply system.The results show that the water quality and quantity are in slight risk in the water unit of urban water supply system.
