溶胶-凝胶法制备ZrO2/SiO2复合凝胶膜的研究

摘    要:溶胶-凝胶法制备ZrO2/SiO2复合无机膜时用正交试验法系统地研究了各因素对溶胶稳定性和ZrO2/SiO2复合无机膜成膜性的影响。研究表明:溶胶浓度、加水量、催化剂和控制干燥化学添加剂DMF是制备良好成膜性溶胶的关键因素。DMF在加入量超过一定比例后对抑制膜层开裂有明显作用。研究给出了成膜性优良的硅溶胶组分比例。

Abstract:ZrO_2/SiO_2 composite membranes were prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of some processing factors on the quality of ZrO_2/SiO_2 inorganic composite membranes and gelling time of sol were studied through an orthogonal test method.It is concluded that sol concentration,water addition and catalyst are the key factors for preparing satisfactory sol.Drying control chemical additive has an obvious effect on crack control.The best molar ratio was given by the study.
