| 摘 要： | 本文研究了以低或中等粘度的矿物油为主体原料，采用石油磺酸盐等多种乳化剂复配，在水中乳化制备出Ｏ／Ｗ型乳状液，同时加入防锈剂和助溶剂得到高效防锈切削液，并讨论了矿物油、防锈剂、石油磺酸盐等所起的作用以及乳化剂、乳化方法对乳液稳定性的影响和检测结果。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the method of using mineral oil of low and medium viscosity as the chief material, compounding with many kinds of built up emulsifytng agents such as salt alkylsulphonate, emulsified in water and O/W type emulsion being prepared. At the same time add antirusting agent, and flux in order to get antirusting cutting compound of high efficiency.This paper also introduces the funotion of mineral oil,antirusting agent,petroleum alkylsulphonate and the effect of emulsifytng agent and emulsification method on the stability of emulsion. |
