暂堵泡沫冲砂工艺的研究及应用

摘    要:提出了暂堵泡沫冲砂工艺的新思路,研制了油溶性暂堵剂BPA和高性能起泡剂CYF-2,该工艺适用于严重负压油井低伤害高效率冲砂,在鄂深6—3井进行了现场应用,取得了较好的效果。该工艺施工简单,降低了作业成本,并且有效保护了油层,对于提高施工质量以及延长油井生产周期有着重要的意义。

Abstract:The temporary blocking foam sand washing technology for serious negative pressure wells was intro- duced, the oil -soluble temporary plugging agent BPA and high -performance foam CYF -2 were prepared. The process was applied in weU E - deep 6 - 3 and proved to be good. It had advantages in simple technology and low cost. It could protect the oil layer efficiently, and it could also improve the operation quality and extend the production period of the wells.
