多功能油料脱皮系统的研究

摘    要:通过选择油菜籽和亚麻籽两种具有代表性的油料作物进行对比实验,对原料含水量和转盘转速对撞击式脱皮机脱皮效果及皮仁分离效果的影响进行了研究.研究表明:脱皮率与含水量呈显著负相关,与粉末率及脱皮机转速均呈显著正相关.油料脱皮的适宜条件为:原料水分7%~8%左右、转盘转速2200r/min、脱皮率稳定在85%以上.在上述研究的基础上,探讨了油料脱皮的工艺路线.

Abstract:By series of contrasting test of two representational oil plants rapeseeds and flax seeds, the influ ence that the water content and rotate speed act on the effects of desquamating and separating of the bump form machine was tested. Researches makes it clear that the rate of desquamating marks negative correlation with the water content and positive correlation with the rate of farina and the rotate speed of the machine. Tests also proves that water content about 7% to 8%, 2 200 r/min rotate speed,85% rate of desquamating are the fitting condition of oil plants desquamating. Based on these researches, the technics route is tested and discussed in this paper.
