摘    要:冷却系统对有源相控阵雷达至关重要,文中介绍了典型的有源相控阵雷达冷却系统的设计及组成,分析了矩形和圆形有源相控阵雷达冷却系统结构上的差异及流量分配方法的不同。通过对冷却系统流阻的分析计算,得出结论:在忽略主流道流阻的情况下,矩形冷却系统可自行进行冷却液流量分配,而圆形冷却系统则需要先进行流阻匹配,才能满足流量分配的要求。针对圆形有源相控阵雷达冷却系统,文章结合实例,介绍了一种简单、可行的流量分配方法。

Abstract:Cooling system is very important for active phased array radar. This paper introduces the design and composition of the cooling system of typical active phased array radar, and analyzes the differences of cooling system structure and flow distribution method between the rectangular and the circular active phased array radar cooling system. The computation of the flow resistance of the cooling system concludes that in the case of neglecting the mainstream flow resistance, the square cooling system can carry out the flow distribution of the coolant by itself, while the circular one needs to match the flow resistance first in order to meet the requirement of the flow distribution. For the circular active phased array radar cooling system, a simple and feasible flow distribution method is introduced in this paper with an example.
