摘    要:基于AnyCasting软件,采用正交试验研究了压铸过程中冲头速率、模具温度、浇注温度对镁合金副车架铸件气孔含量、氧化倾向、冷隔和缩松等缺陷的影响,并得到了优化的压铸工艺参数:冲头速率为7m/s、模具温度为250℃、浇注温度为700℃。在该工艺参数条件下,获得了表面和内部品质良好的镁合金副车架压铸件,同时验证了通过模拟仿真优化压铸工艺参数方法的有效性。

Abstract:The effects of injection rate,mold temperature and pouring temperature on porosity,oxidation tendency,cold-shut and shrinkage porosity in the Mg subframe castings were investigated by using AnyCasting software and orthogonal test method.The optimized die casting process parameters were presented as follows:injection rate of 7 m/s,mold temperature of 250℃,pouring temperature of 700℃.Under these process parameters,Mg subframe castings with sound surface and internal quality were produced by die casting process,and the effectiveness of optimizing the casting process parameters by simulation was also verified.
