基于LabVIEW的滑油泵试验台测控系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对滑油泵出厂前需要进行多项试验测试这一情况,以CompactRIO为测控核心,利用LabVIEW编程环境,设计开发了一套滑油泵试验台多功能、集成化、模块化的测控系统。首先,介绍了系统总体结构和上/下位机的以太网通讯;其次,给出系统各项硬件设备列表和配置;然后,采用LabVIEW设计开发上位机测控系统程序,并结合应用TDM存储方式和数据库管理系统对试验数据进行管理。最后通过投运结果,说明了该系统具有实用性和有效性。

Abstract:In view of the situation that many tests need to be carried out before the lubrication oil pump leaves the factory,taking CompactRIO as the measurement and control core,using LabVIEW programming environment,a multifunctional,integrated and modular measurement and control system of oil pump test-bed is designed and developed.Firstly,introducing the overall structure of the system and the Ethernet communication of upper/lower computers.Secondly,giving the hardware equipment list and configuration of the system.Then,using LabVIEW design and development the upper computer measurement and control system program,and using TDM storage mode and database management system to manage the test data as well.Finally,the system is proved to be practical and effective by the results of operation.
