摘    要:日益完善的跨区互联结构、大规模间歇性新能源并网以及负荷侧参与调度能力的提升对电网调度提出了新的挑战,因此研究了源荷双侧不确定和可调度情况下跨区互联电网的协同调度问题。首先,以当前国内跨区互联电网的分层调度架构为基础,构建了计及联络线的跨区互联电网源网荷协同调度模式;然后,考虑到不确定性因素对系统约束条件和调度目标的影响,基于随机机会约束规划建立了该调度问题的基础优化模型。最后,考虑到基础模型存在寻优求解困难等方面不足,进一步提出了上层火电机组启停/联络线功率,下层火风光机组出力及柔性负荷调度量的改进分层优化模型,并采用2类粒子群算法分别对上下层模型进行求解。对不确定环境下的所得调度计划进行了分析,验证了所建分层优化模型的合理性以及求解方法的有效性。

Abstract:The increasing inter-regional grid interconnection, penetration of new energy sources and dispatch capability on demand side cause more challenges to current power grid, a coordinated dispatching problem for the inter-regional power grid with the uncertainties of both source and load sides is studied. Firstly, based on the hierarchical dispatch architecture, a coordinated dispatching mode of source-grid-load of inter-regional power grid is developed considering tie-lines. Then, considering the impact of uncertain factors on the constraints and the values of objective functions, the stochastic chance-constrained programming method is used to formulate the basic dispatch optimization model. Finally, considering the difficulties in solving the basic model, an improved hierarchical optimization model is established, which consists of an upper layer for the unit commitment and tie-line scheduling, and a lower layer for the economic dispatch. Two improved particle swarm optimization algorithms are introduced to solve the two-layer optimization model. The dispatch plan in the uncertain environment is analyzed to validate the hierarchical optimization model and the solving method.
