摘    要:轻量化设计是特种飞机任务系统设计的重点之一。文中在对机柜内ATR 机箱安装架结构及受力情况分析的基础上,介绍了一种机柜内ATR 机箱安装架轻量化结构设计方案,采用有限元法进行了模态和随机振动仿真,对得到的模态振型和随机振动条件下的应力及变形进行了分析,取得了显著的减重效果,同时,对工程实施中的技术要点进行了说明,可供同行参考。

Abstract:Lightweight design is one of the key points of mission system design for special aircraft. Based on the analysis of the structure and stress of the ATR cabinet mounting frame in the cabinet,this paper introduces a lightweight structural design scheme of the ATR cabinet mounting frame in the cabinet. The finite element method is used to simulate the modal and random vibration. The obtained modal vibration mode and the stress and deformation under the random vibration condition are analyzed, and the remarkable effect of weight reduction is achieved. Further, the engineering practice is also presented. The technical points in the application are explained, which can be referred by the peers.
