节段预制拼装技术在综合管廊工程中的应用研究

在建筑装配工业化发展的背景下,预制拼装综合管廊技术得到越来越高的重视,而在目前的工程实践中,预制拼装技术在综合管廊建设工程中的应用率不高。本文从预制构件与管廊标准横断面关系的角度,将工程中常见的预制拼装综合管廊分为节段预制、分块预制、叠合预制和组合预制等类型;分析了预制拼装综合管廊技术在应用中存在的问题;结合工程实践总结,给出节段预制拼装综合管廊的推荐设计技术方案。最后,本文对预制拼装综合管廊技术发展进一步工作的方向进行了展望。

Research on the Application of Segmental Prefabrication Technology in the Utility Tunnel

As the assembly industrialization develops in the construction industry,the prefabrication technology in the utility tunnel gets more and more attention.However,in the current engineering practice,the application rate of prefabrication technology in the utility tunnel is not high.In this paper,by analyzing the relationship between the prefabricated components and the standard cross section of the utility tunnel,the prefabrication technology in the utility tunnel was divided into four categories as the segmental prefabrication,block prefabrication,composite prefabrication and combined prefabrication.The problems existed in the application of prefabricated utility tunnel were analyzed in this paper.Combined with the engineering practice,the technical designing scheme of the segmental prefabricated utility tunnel was provided.At last,the developing direction of the prefabrication technology in the utility tunnel was prospected.
