| Abstract: | For switching power supplies,the field effect transistor(MOS tube)is one of the most important parts.Based on the full description of the basic principles of PFC circuits and MOS transistors,this article analyzes the basic overview of the circuit oscillation principle,clarifies the fundamental reason for the damage caused by MOS oscillation. |
