摘    要:为使车载吊臂连续平稳工作,其底盘必须处于水平状态,因此设计出一种以MCU为核心的液压自动调平系统。该系统采用三点调平,固定一点不动只调节另外两点,避免了出现因坡度较大造成油缸活塞杆折断的问题。以STC89C51单片机为控制器分析角度数据并输出模拟量电压控制比例换向阀的开度,最终调节支撑腿的伸缩。用Keil uVision5软件编写控制程序来控制油缸上升的速度,保证调平精度。目前该系统已经应用在青岛某公司的蜂箱搬运设备,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In order to make the crane work steadily,its chassis must be in the horizontal state,so a hydraulic automatic leveling system based on MCU is designed.The system uses three points leveling,fixed one point is fixed only to adjust the other two points,to avoid the problem of breaking the piston rod of the oil cylinder due to the large slope.STC89C51 MCU is used as the controller to analyze the Angle data and output analog voltage to control the opening of the proportional reversing valve,and finally adjust the expansion of the support leg.Keil uVision5 software was used to write the control program to control the cylinder rising speed and ensure the leveling accuracy.At present,the system has been applied in a company in Qingdao beehive handling equipment,improve the work efficiency.
