摘    要:为了达到长条形天线的商品化设计要求,文中提出了一种以整体骨架为设计核心的长条形天线结构设计方法。该设计根除了钣金拼接骨架时反复校核导致的制造成本上升的弊端,达到了简化结构、降低制造成本的目的。整体化骨架设计采用经过优化的高刚度工字型截面结构、玻璃钢加芳纶纸蜂窝夹层结构材料,满足长条形天线高刚强度、低成本和轻量化的商品化设计要求。仿真结果表明天线整体性能优良。整体化骨架设计是对长条形天线结构系统设计和商品化设计的有益探索。

Abstract:To meet the commercial design requirements of long strip antennas, a structure design method for the long strip antenna with the overall skeleton as the core of design is proposed in this paper. This design eliminates the disadvantage of increasing manufacturing cost due to repetitive check while the sheet metal splices with the skeleton and thus achieves the purpose of simplifying the structure and reducing the manufacturing cost. The integrated skeleton design adopts optimized high-rigidity I-shaped cross-section structure, fiberglass-reinforced plastics ( FRP) and aramid paper honeycomb sandwich structure material to satisfy the commercial design requirements of high strength, low cost and light weight of the long strip antenna. The simulation results show that the whole antenna performance is excellent. The integrated skeleton design is a useful exploration for the system design and commercial design of the long strip antenna structure system.
