某大型舰船显控台振动仿真分析研究

摘    要:大型舰船显控台结构形式复杂,在前期设计阶段就要考虑结构强度是否满足舰船电子设备环境适应性的要求。为节约试验成本,缩短研发周期,文中针对某大型舰船显控台的结构形式,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了有限元分析模型。通过加载真实使用环境下的振动条件,对显控台进行了自由模态分析和约束模态分析,在此基础上获得了显控台的固有频率和振型,并对显控台整体刚度较弱的频率段进行了设计改进,以达到满足环境适应性要求的目的。该仿真分析可为同类型产品的设计提供科学、准确的依据。

Abstract:The main structure of the display console for large ships is complex, so it is necessary to consider whether the structural strength meets the environmental adaptability requirements of ship-borne electronic equipment at early design stage. In order to save the test cost and shorten the research and development cycle, the finite element analysis model is established by finite element analysis software ANSYS for the display console structure of a large ship. By loading the vibration conditions in the real environment, the free mode analysis and the constrained modal analysis for the display console are carried out. On this basis, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the display console are obtained. And the frequency segment with weak overall stiffness of the display console is improved to meet the requirements of environmental adaptability. This mechanical simulation can provide scientific and accurate design consideration for the same type of products.
