压铸前罩壳中缩孔缺陷解决措施

摘    要:汽车发动机前罩壳零件油道较多且相互独立,各油道之间不得因缩孔造成贯穿渗透导致泄漏。在压铸模设计时,针对各油道内部致密性要求比较高的部位,通过抽芯加挤压实现局部挤压,并在压铸机中增加挤压报警和插芯喷涂,完成局部挤压动作配合压铸机开合模,实现局部挤压联动插芯喷涂功能,减少铸件内部缩孔,提高其致密性,满足前罩壳产品密封性要求。

Abstract:For the automobile engine front cover parts,there are many oil channels and independent of each other for the product,which should not be leakage resulted from shrinkage hole between each oil channel.For the die casting mold design,local extrusion was realized by core-pulling and extrusion,aiming at the parts with high requirement of compactness inside each oil passage,and the extrusion alarm and core insert spraying were designed to complete the local extrusion action with the die opening and closing to realize the function of local extrusion linkage core insert spraying,improving the inner shrinkage cavity of the casting,strengthening the compactness,and meeting the test seal requirements of the front cover products.
