预制静压桩的承载性状试验研究

摘    要:依据某工程三根混凝土预制静压桩的单桩竖向抗压静载试验及桩身轴力的测试,通过对其静载试验Q-s曲线的特性,桩身轴力传递机理,桩侧阻力和桩端阻力发挥性状的分析,结合高应变动力试验结果及静压桩成桩工艺的分析,揭示了该场地预制静压桩的承载性状和破坏机理模式,并和利用地质资料估算的承载力进行了比较,指出了地质资料估算承载力误差的原因,对预制静压桩的设计,检测和深入研究具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Based on static load test of pressed piles in one certain engineering, as well as the analysis on the features of Q s curve and load transfer behavior and developing behaviors of soil resistance, and along with the results of high strain test, we made some Researches have been made on the bearing behaviors and failour mechanism of pressed pile. The ultimate load measured by load test has been compared with the capacity calculated by geological data, it is founed that the capacity of piles calculated by geological data are lower than the results of load test, and the difference is associated with the construction process of pressed pile. The analysis result is useful to the design test and study of pressed pile.
