皮革固体废弃物中分离胶原纤维及其对麦草浆的增强作用

摘    要:通过碱-机械法对皮革固体废弃物进行处理,分离提取胶原纤维。分离的胶原纤维与不同打浆度的麦草浆混合抄片,测定物理性能。研究发现,皮革固体废弃物经过碱处理后,在5000r打浆时的胶原纤维分散性能良好,胶原纤维与麦草浆混合抄纸的各项物理性能指标都得以提高。

Abstract:Leather solid waste was treated by alkali-mechanical process and the collagen fibers were separated.The wheat straw pulp with different beating degrees was mixed with collagen fibers,and a sample sheet was made,then physical properties were determined.It was found that the extracted collagen fibers with 5000 revolutions beating have better dispersing properties after the treatment of leather solid waste,the physical properties of sample sheet made from collagen fibers mixed with wheat straw pulps can be imp...
