| 摘 要： | 对短肢剪力墙结构和异形柱结构的受力特点、力学特性进行了分析,提出了设计中应注意的问题,指出异形柱体系和短肢剪力墙体系大开间住宅可解决柱子凸出墙面的问题,值得推广运用。

| Abstract: | The following paper analyzes force feature and mechanical characteristics of short-pier shear wall and special-shaped column,proposes the problems should be noticed in the design,and proposes that using wide bay residence with special column and short-pier shear wall system can man solve the problem of column protruding from wall,which is worthy to be popularized. |
