摘    要:通过对失效压板取样进行化学成分、硬度和金相高低倍检测,结合钢坯的高倍和低倍金相组织观察,分析讨论了压板裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,30CrNi3A钢坯心部较严重的带状组织偏析是导致成品压板淬火热处理后形成裂纹的主要原因,钢坯中部集中分布的硫化物夹杂在热处理过程中促进了裂纹的形成和扩展。

Abstract:The causes of cracks in pressplate were analyzed by the detection of chemical composition, hardness and metallographic observation. The results showed that the serious banded segregation in the core of the 30CrNi3A billet was the main reason for the crack in the finished plate after quenching, and the sulfide inclusion concentrated distributed in the core of the billet could promote the crack formation and propagation during heat treatment.
