测定啤酒中甲醛时影响测定结果的因素探讨

摘    要:在测定啤酒甲醛含量的过程中,试剂水、pH值、乙酰丙酮试剂、加热温度、显色时间和样品预处理等因素对空白值具有一定的影响,从而降低了测定结果的可靠性。并对影响因素进行了探讨,提出了提高测定结果可靠性的对策。

Abstract:In the measurement of the formaldehyde in the beer,the dependability of determining will reduce due to the influenced factors in- cluding reagent water,pH value,acetyl aceton,heated temperature,chromogenic time and sample pretreatment influenced the blank-value. In this paper,the influenced factors have been discussed thoroughly and new countermeasure has been proposed to increase the dependability.
