新型压电高速开关阀结构设计与仿真

摘    要:利用压电晶体的高输出力冲击特性提出一种压电驱动的新型高速开关阀结构,克服了压电晶体低输出位移,输出位移对温度变化敏感等问题;建立了压电阀的数学模型,并进行了仿真分析;仿真结果表明:所设计的压电数字阀能够实现高速、高压、大流量的要求。

Abstract:A new high-speed on-off valve structure is developed by employing great force-output-impact characteristic of the piezoelectric actuator in the article, in order to overcome its disadvantages of low output deflection and sensitivity to temperature rising. The dynamic mathematic model of the piezoelectric valve is given, and a simulation is carried out. The perform of high pressure, high frequency and high flow-rate can be obtained properly according to the simulation.
