摘    要:结合某200 t龙门起重机安装的实例,介绍了起重机主梁揽风吊耳设计时的算法及加固措施。鉴于吊耳加固后受力比较复杂,采用ANSYS对吊耳进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,该仿真分析得到的应力场和变形场与实际工程比较接近,可供设计人员参考,该设计采用的算法和分析方法安全可行,可供类似工程借鉴。

Abstract:Combining with the instance of 200 tons gantry crane's installation,the design algorithm and reinforcement measures for the lifting lug of its main girder are introduced.Considering the more complicated stress after the reinforcement of the lifting lug,the finite element simulation for the lug is made through ANSYS.The results show that the simulation analysis of the stress and deformation fields is close to the actual projects,and can provide some references for designers.
