管壳式换热器管子与管板胀接接头的可靠性分析

摘    要:为提高管壳式换热器管子的管端和管板胀接接头的可靠性,分析了胀管过程的受力情况,认为GB151-89规定的胀管间隙和孔带尺寸偏大,实际应用中应加以注意,并提出胀接前最佳间隙C的计算公式。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of the expansion joint between the tube end and the tube sheet of the tube-and-shell heat exchanger,the author analyzes the stress in the course of tube expansion, thinks that the clearance between expansible tubes and the distance between holes,stipulated by GB151 - 89,are a bit too large and should be noted in practical application, and proposes a calculation formula for C-the optimum clearance before expansion jointing.
