Abstract: | Two methods of background correction in atomic absorption spectrometry with nonselective atomic effects are investigated: first, with a source possessing a continuous spectrum and, second, that of correction based on the Zeeman effect. The parameters of the monochromator, which was developed expressly for Zeeman atomic absorption spectrometry, are considered. __________ Translated from Izmeritel’naya Tekhnika, No. 9, pp. 20–24, September, 2007. |
