新型抗晃电的接触器智能控制器

摘    要:设计了以TOP254YN单片开关电源为基础、单片机为核心的新型抗晃电智能控制器,包括硬件电路和软件程序,并进行了试验验证.该控制器采用电力电子开关,实现强弱电以及不同控制电路之间的电气隔离,提高了抗干扰能力,保证系统工作的可靠性和稳定性.可具有抗晃电延时、可调延时时间、宽范围电压输入、交流接触器直流高电压起动低电压保持、“晃电”时线圈不失电等功能,提高了工作的可靠性.该控制器与交流接触器配合使用.

Abstract:A new intelligent controller for anti-voltage sag was proposed which was based on a single-chip switching power supply. Taking microcomputer chip as the circuit' s control center, the total design was expounded including the structure of the circuit and the software program of system. Power electronic switch devices were used. Different circuits were electrically separated from earth and from other systems. Anti-interference ability was improved, the intelligent controller can run reliably and steadily. The controller has many functions, such as setting the delay time for anti-voltage sag, wide input voltage range, starting AC contactor in DC high voltage and maintaining in the low voltage. The experimental results show that the new intelligent controller for anti-voltage sag can match with AC contactor and has advantages of stable operation, anti-vohage sag, strong anti-interference ability, energyaving and noiseless operation and so on.
