| Abstract: | The requirements for the quality f supervising staff are analyzed. Based on a comprehensive assessment on the quality of existing supervising staff for water conservancy engineering construction in Guangxi and an analysis on the reasons contributing to the present situation, the author suggests how to improve the quality of supervising staff. |
